Sujata Singh, Founder

Senior Management Executive with 25 years of experience in Business Management, Human Resources, Staffing & SAP Industry. Sujata has worked in senior profiles with firms IGATE Capital, Syntel, and NIIT. She founded Vindhya Systems in 2005. "I am very passionate about genuine intelligence & work ethic. I believe, intelligence can come from any quarters. It's not product of education. However education polishes this gift to create leaders who run great businesses". Besides handling business, Sujata writes and is a keen photographer. Socially, she is actively involved with a South African orphanage.

Sujata has qualified as M.sc. in Chemistry and has a Business Management qualification.

Sudesh Gahlod, Principal

Senior Management executive with P&L responsibility and over 25 + years in creating and managing revenue-generating business solutions for clients. Sudesh started Vindhya System in the US and has since moved to South Africa and is now leading the expansion in the African market.

Prior to joining Vindhya he has worked in Senior Management positions with firms Deloitte & Touche, PA Consulting, Banker's Trust and others; where he lead global sales division, National Practice and international practice sub-segment.

Sudesh has his BS in Electrical Engineer and MS in Computers.
